Once payment for your order has been received, we aim to dispatch it within 24 hours (but often on the same day) provided the items you order from us are in stock& we receive your order before 3.30pm (GMT) on week days. We do not dispatch any orders on weekends; we aim to deliver them direct to your door within 3 to 5 working days. Some items may take longer
All orders are offered free Standard delivery within the UK only. This Standard Delivery service is RoyalMail Second Class with no tracking available, includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail delivery postal costs. You will have the option to upgrade to First Class Recorded or Special Delivery on checkout. International shipping is available and can only be tracked once the item has been signed for in your country.
Unfortunately any addresses supplied to us that are PO BOX will NOT be offered with any tracking service. If you decide to use a PO BOX address then we are not liable for any delays or undelivered items. All other personal address will be tracked.
We do NOT deliver these items to Aramex house as they are restricted to send on to some countries. Please provide an address in the UK or a personal address in your country that is NOT a PO BOX address, there is charge for this service. Please contact our Customer Services for more info.
Products are dispatched within one to two working days via Royal Mail, and take approximately 2 to 5 working days to be delivered. We deliver all items in stock Monday to Friday. Orders placed during weekends and bank holidays or any public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Please send us an email if you have not received your order within delivery time offered.

If there's no-one home when your item is delivered:
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your items, it is your responsibility to arrange for redelivery with Royal Mail. If there is no-one in when your items are delivered, the Royal Mail courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect your order.
